Welcome aboard

Kaiser Friedrich, along with the Brandenburg Gate, the Victory Column and the television tower, is a landmark of the city of Berlin. The capital’s maritime landmark, although admittedly not quite as well known.

At almost 140 years old, it is older than the Weidendammer Bridge, on which Pünktchen and Anton used to strike matches.
The German Empire, the First World War, the Roaring Twenties, the Second World War, the post-war period, the building of the Berlin Wall and reunification, all of which have been witnessed and interwoven with the history of our city for 138 years. Who hasn’t enjoyed the view of the Spree from the upper deck?

The city’s oldest ship has now been lovingly restored and will be sailing through Berlin again from May 5 with state-of-the-art electric propulsion.
